As soon as the applicant finds your job post, they start the “Virtual Interview” process. This is all part of how we enhance the applicant experience, while obtaining the information you need to make a better hire. This is where your job posting makes its first impression on the applicant. Each post includes general information, job description, requirements and job benefits sections. You can choose to utilize our template or make it your own with full editing capability.
