Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc., is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc., assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc., which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc., reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

This sweepstakes is open to all residents of the continental 48 United States EXCEPT Rhode Island, Tennessee and Florida.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to enter.

The winner will receive an 16GB iPad 2 with Wi-Fi (Average Estimated Retail $499), following acceptance by WyckWyre staff.  No shipping, handling or other fees required.

The odds of winning depend solely on the number of entries.

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc., may deem appropriate.

Entrance into this sweepstakes via successful completion of sweepstakes instructions on the WyckWyre: Fresh Approach To Hiring Facebook Sweepstakes pages or via mail-in entry is required.

Eligibility Requirements: (a) Each entrant must be a legal permanent resident of one of the eligible states and 18 years of age, and (b) for the Facebook portion of the Sweepstakes, only those otherwise eligible individuals with Internet access on the commencement date of the sweepstake.

Winner(s) will be chosen at random once WyckWyre reaches 10,000 Facebook Fans, by WyckWyre staff.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner

This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Winners will be notified within ten (10) days. Winners who fail to claim their prize within 14 days of notification will forfeit the prize. Forfeited prizes will be given to a winner chosen at random.
